2012 REGLAR SEASON POOL ENTRY

To register for Aurora Rotary's Mega Hockey REGULAR SEASON Pool you must:

1. Purchase a ticket, either at the sponsor locations listed below or Download the Ticket (Use Adobe Reader to view the ticket PDF) and mail, scan and email or Fax (entry form page only) to the Aurora Rotary address/number below.

2. Pick your team between October 1st and 11th at 8:00 pm by either:

a. Online, the easy way!
Press the Standings button and follow the directions in the announcements or

b. filling in the Picklist (available October 1st) at one of the sponsors or from Kamloops this Week or

c. printing off the Picklist (available October 1st) and faxing it to 250.377.8995 or

d. printing off the Picklist (available October 1st) and scanning and emailing it to megahockeypool@shaw.ca

Notes:

•Make sure to include your name and Team Name on the Picklist so we can attach it to your ticket.
•Payment must be included with your Ticket for it to be deemed valid. Ticket AND Picklist must be received by 8:00 p.m October 11th, 2011.
