2010/11 PLAYOFF POOL ENTRY

To register for Aurora Rotary's Mega Hockey Playoff Pool you must:

1. Purchase a ticket, either at the sponsor locations listed below or Download the Ticket (Use Adobe Reader to view the ticket PDF) and mail, scan and email or Fax (entry form page only) to the Aurora Rotary address/number below.

2. Pick your team betweenOctober 1st and October 12th at 8:00 pm by either:

a. Online, the easy way!
Press the Pick Online button on the homepage and use your Team Name, e-mail and ticket number to log into your team or

b. filling in the Picklist (available October 1st) at one of the sponsors or from Kamloops this Week or

c. printing off the Picklist (October 1st) and faxing it to 250-828-1630 or

d. printing off the Picklist (October 1st) and scanning and emailing it to megahockeypool@shaw.ca

Notes:

•Make sure to include your name and Team Name on the Picklist so we can attach it to your ticket.
•Payment must be included with your Ticket for it to be deemed valid. Ticket AND Picklist must be received by 8:00 p.m October 12th, 2010
