Why can't I buy a ticket online?
Gaming rules don't allow us to do the financial transaction over the internet, but you can scan and e-mail us a ticket order.

How do I pick my team?
NEW- FOR THE FIRST TIME YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PICK YOUR TEAM ONLINE. PLEASE PICK YOUR TEAM EARLY TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T FORGET. YOU CAN MAKE CHANGES RIGHT UNTIL THE DEADLINE. Of course you can still e-mail, fax or drop off a paper copy.

Can I enter more than once?
Yes, each entry costs $20, so as long as you buy a ticket for the draw you can enter multiple times. If you plan to buy multiple entries, please ensure that you give each entry a different team name so that you can tell the difference on the results page.

How many players do I pick?
You must pick 24 players, one player from each section. In the scoring all 24 players will be counted.

How do I find my team?
If you press Ctrl F, type in some of your team name's letters in the text box that comes up and it will highlight all teams with those letters. Just scroll down to find yours.

Is my personal information protected?
All of the personal information (emails, addresses, credit card info, etc.) will be kept privately by the Rotary Club of Kamloops Aurora. The information will not be sold or passed along to any other parties, other than use of the e-mail for online team selecting through Hockeydraft.ca, our pool service.

Where can I see the standings?
The results will be accessed through the website, www.megahockeypool.com, the standings will be updated each day.

How will I know I’ve won?
All winners will be notified by phone and by mail after each draw and at the end of the season.

What are the prizes?

When is the deadline?
The deadline is October 12, 2010 or when 1000 entries have been received. All the players point will count from the beginning of the season.

How come my team name doesn't show up exactly like I entered on my order form?
There was a limitation to the number of characters we could enter for Team Names, therefore names were shortened to fit the space available. If you have a problem with the name as it is set up and would like to contact us, please email megahockeypool@shaw.ca.

What if I don't remember my Team Name? How can I check the Standings?
Email us with your "real" name that you used when you registered and we can email you back with your Team name.

I have submitted my entry and I still don't see it on the website how come?
It takes a week or more for us to process all the entries so please be patient. We are getting the teams onto the web as fast as we can. All the players point will count from the beginning of the season.
